At the core of My Fraternity platform is trust. These principles define how data is treated, protected, and respected across all interactions.

1. No Trade. No Monetization of Member Data

Member data is never sold, rented, or traded under any circumstance. Period!!!

2. Absolute Anonymity of Insights

The platform maintains a strict separation between:

a. Member identity (who you are)

b. Member contribution (what you share)

Any opinion, perspective, or input shared by a member is fully anonymized. No insight, in any form, will ever be attributed, traced back, or disclosed to any member. All outputs such as reports, benchmarks, trends are shared only in aggregated and non-identifiable formats. Individual-level data is never exposed.

3. Purpose-Limited Data Use

Data is collected and used only for clearly defined purposes, including:

Enabling platform participation and improve member experience.
Generating aggregated intelligence.
Enhancing platform performance and functionality.
Manage and promote legitimate business interest and brand of the platform.

4. Member Control and Dignity

Members retain control over their participation:

Ability to choose what to share
Ability to withdraw participation
Respect for professional sensitivity of shared insights

5. Security by Design

Data protection is built into the platform architecture, which ensures strong safeguards against unauthorized access and allows only controlled internal access on a need-to-know basis.

6. Zero Compromise on Trust

If there is ever a conflict between data utility and member privacy, privacy takes precedence — without exception.
